This may not be the biggest cabin in the woods but it is sure one of the nicest. At under 400 sq/ft, it qualifies as a "tiny house" that is so popular these days. Cabin is on Forest Service leased land. There is a yearly lease fee. There is no short or long term renting allowed and these will need to be cash sales.
