Brenda Chanocua is a Southern California native, raised in Orange County, and fluent in Spanish. Her passion is people and loves being a dream home matchmaker. She goes above and beyond to ensure her clients receive top-quality care and expertise. She has been in the real estate industry for 14+ years and loves sharing her vast knowledge with first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors. She is actively involved in property management of residential and commercial real estate properties in multiple states. 

Before joining The Boutique Real Estate Group, Brenda served as a Client Services Manager for a local Asset Management firm for the last 14 years and continues to serve her clients. She has vast knowledge and resources of personal finances and can address the client’s needs and concerns when buying or selling their home.  

In her leisure time, Brenda enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children.
