Brenda Chanocua, a wife and mother of three beautiful daughters, is a Southern California native raised in Orange County. When she’s not cheering on her daughters at the softball fields, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Brenda was first introduced to the world of real estate at the age of 15 when she began interning with a local loan processor. This early exposure sparked her passion for real estate, and she has since built a career around helping clients navigate the complex process of buying, selling, and managing properties.

Currently, Brenda serves as an active Senior Property Manager overseeing both residential and commercial real estate transactions, Brenda has earned a reputation for her ability to address her clients’ needs and concerns, ensuring smooth and successful transactions, In addition to her property management work, she has been a dedicated Client Services Manager at a local Asset Management and Financial Planning firm for the past 17 years, further expanding her knowledge and skills i managing client relationships and financial planning.
